Do "super fast views" work for ranking? Normal views don't work

The only way buying views really helps is to dripfeed. Your video will lose it's rank if you buy all your views at once.

I really don't know what works anymore. HR views dont work for me , normal views don't work for me either. In both cases my videos either dont get ranked for high search volume at all ( unless I buy 50K + ) or they do and 1 day later they get lost in the ocean as someone said above . The only reason why I still buy HR views is to keep the good rep of my channel .
As for fast views , i dont think they work either. My views provider accidentally gave me 60K in just a day a few weeks ago when I ordered 10K , guess what , I got ranked for med comp keywrods , I don't really care about that , I only care about high comp , med comp, let alone low-comp is completely useless. I did get ranked for one or two high comp but it only lasted a day once again.
I did try buying more comments on top of the legit ones I get and a lot more likes, still no change.
YouTube is basically catering only to already established and news channels ATM. ( why news , it's cuz a lot of times there is barely any competition if you post something new first and a lot of people will be searching for it )
YouTube needs a change in algorithm , promoting newly posted videos for ALL cattegories , rather than videos that got a millions of views. If a video is older than a month , it loses it's rank , it is no longer on top of search results. The problem with youtube is that a lot of categories are completely dominated by huge channels who got millions of views on their video and those videos stay there for months/years . THIS IS THE PROBLEM. A newly posted video with lets say 30K views should have double the power of a 3 month old video with 3 million views .

What you mean by normal views? Organic views or something else?
And Yes HR views can help you in gaining spot if you have done work on the video and optimized it properly.

look m8 , cut the bs optimising videos etc , theres guys with 200k views and seo score of 0 with vidiQ..and they are on top why ? because they have bought quality views (not from here bc all are shit anyway) ..the guy is telling that fast views can help , yeah if they are of quality of course
