Do Suggested Views work from SMM Panels for ranking?

I saw a few panels and they sell Youtube views as a traffic source "Suggested Videos". Are they good for ranking and organically getting a video in the suggested tab of someone else's video?

I've tried using those suggested video servers about a week ago.
Had better results with other HR servers instead of that.

I don't think they do because they don't generate impressions or click-throughs. I tried a panel a while ago and it made little to no impact towards ranking. Granted this was a somewhat old video.

If the views don't generate impressions or click through, then it doesn't matter how good the retention is. Your ranks will drop after a day or two depending on your CTR. If your thumbnail is really good and you are getting a high CTR, then yes, high retention views will help you since they will give you alot of watchtime hours. But you must have a good CTR to rank high

If I remember correctly I used:

Youtube - Views
[ 2-15MINS RETENTION ] [ 20k-30k/day ] [ 30 Days Refill ] INSTANT

On SMMLite.

Isn't that Panel a scam? I heard several reviews on BHW Shitlist.

Yeah I don't think it's worth buying HR views for a low CTR video. Although for thumbnails, I've actually had a video have a 15% CTR despite only spending 2 mins making that thumbnail whereas I've had a few videos with 5% CTR despite me putting good effort on that thumbnail. I think it's moreso whether your current subs or viewerbase wants to see this content. Although you're right if you do make it more click-worthy it will likely increase the CTR.
