Or is it simply down to luck? I notice some Youtube channel blow with thousand of view on their first video and some will but stuck in the single digit.

Sometimes, it's luck... sometimes it's a boost... and sometimes it's knowledge, experience, and hard work.

It's free for all my friend. Boosting is much easier if you have the budget though.

Of course, some people use SMM Panels, bots... in order to boost their videos.

There's also luck; but also experienced people that know how to boost videos in a natural manner.

It depends on the niche and content, but sometimes it's pure luck. Some people use SMM panels to boost views.
