Do Social Bookmarks make for good backilinks for Long Tail Keywords

Hey all, I dont wish to buy a service for every time I wish to create a few links for my inner pages which target long tail KWs with low comp.

I was thinking of buying Clyde's Social Bookmark Bomber (or Wiki Bomber) and was wondering if I hit each page with social bookmarks would it help rank the page or would it only speed up it getting indexed?

Would Wikis be better or Social Bookmarks or are they both pretty much only for hitting your first Tier properties?

It will definitely help with indexing and ranking. However, use super-spun content and spread out your link building over 2-3 months. Blasting money sites with a lot of links now has some risks if the domain is not aged with a solid backlink profile already.

Social bookmarks are better for first tier as you will get some do follow links. Most wikis are no follow. Regardless, both can help some if done properly.

I will only be blasting my inner pages with low comp. This ok? Say 100 social bookmarks per page?
