I'm currently trying my luck with TikTok revenue but unfortunately, getting banned while trying to target US from another country is very easy, so I thought I'd try Shorts since it's international. Does anyone have experience here? Is blowing up as easy as TikTok? How much do they usually pay per 1k views?

  1. TikTok: TikTok had its Creator Fund, which allowed eligible creators to earn money based on their video performance and the engagement their content received. TikTok also offered opportunities for brand partnerships and sponsored content, which could be lucrative for popular creators.
It's worth noting that the earnings potential on both platforms can vary significantly based on factors such as your audience size, engagement rate, and niche. Some TikTok creators earned substantial incomes, while others earned very little. The same applies to YouTube creators.

Since my knowledge is based on information available up to January 2022, I recommend checking the latest updates and policies on both platforms to see if there have been any changes to their monetization programs. YouTube and TikTok may have introduced new features or programs that could affect earnings for creators.
Thanks ChatGPT very cool.

No, blowing up with shorts is not as easy as TikTok.

Shorts revenue is good only with sponsorships. You need real original videos for this and they should appeal to masses so that sponsors contact you.
