I usually wonder whether people actually read a longer ad on Telegram or just skip it. Do you guys prefer keeping the message short and simple,

or adding a bit more detail so people know what it's about?

I think it depends on the ad tbh. Some offers are easy to explain in a few words, but others need a little more detail. If people have to guess what you're offering,
even a short ad won't help much.

Shorter Ads in my opinion would perform better than long form Ads. Attention span is highly on the decrease so much so that if the essence of your Ad is not captured in the first few lines, the intent is lost. No matter how long your Ad is, there is always a way to make it shorter while still capturing your intention.

put the hook in the first line and the details under it. most people decide on that first line whether they keep reading, so length matters less than what you open with

A Telegram ad shouldn't feel like a terms and conditions page Give me a good reason to click, not a reading assignment. If I have to work that hard just to understand the offer, you've probably
lost me already!
