I'm just wondering if it's because my first video was removed? Or because my account is new.

if your first video got removed I would post maybe 4-5 more videos see how well they do. normally a fresh account will get 1 video to get views. if all your videos are only getting 1-5 views id try and start a fresh account

If your account went from consistently gaining followers to suddenly losing followers permanently from one day to the next, your account likely got shadow banned. Also, monitor the views, comments and likes. All of these metrices would indicate that you are shadow banned. In fact, the simplest explanation would be: If you can just log in into your account but can't do anything else and if you get the feeling of having a banned account with the only exception that you can login, unfortunately, you are shadow banned.

Yes, it was because of that video. You either wait for the account to recover, or create a new one.

Well firstly new accounts get little boost in the beginning ,amd if you also make a mistake with your first video then you can be shadowbanned
I think you should post few views to see how it goes ,and if you get very less views i would start a new account
