do seo companies use automatic tools?

would you dig a 10 foot hole in the ground by hand? no, you would use an excavator. the only way to be profitable is automation.

of course they use tools, the best SEO companies have their own custom tools though! ;)

Exactly. Invest 50-60k in a custom tool and you get 85% success rate on a given platform no matter whether sites require an account, has 5 captchas and so on. The only limiting factor then becomes the actual number of existing domains using that platform. Then, the only thing you could do to increase profit after you hit that limit is finding more clients and start all over again.

Indeed Monrox! Also they have sweet customer management systems and databases that make the days work fly by much easier than most of us with our notepads and folders lol! before i got into using a database for work things went by just that much slower... now I can compare it like papyrus vs the typewriter :p

Every SEO service uses automation.

Impossible to beat competition with tools.

Intelligent use of BL (anchor, .edu .gov profile, socialmonkee) will get you what you want.

They either do the work with the help of tools or outsource it.

of course, they are used several tools to promote their customer werbsite
so i heart somebody which they use a couple vps to promote 24 / 7 damn it!!
it costs so sick!

Exactly, some of the work needs to be done manually. For example if you want to get high PR blog comments that are relevant to the post and is not on the spammed to death page, you need to do it manually.

if you search the forums for the word client, you will have your answer. I think that using automated tools is a necessity, but the TYPES of automation may change from company to company. I myself do a lot of manual content creation as the results tend to be better accepted by google. That being said, I create accounts automatically. My seo research is automated and always running (under the wire speed and consistency wise) 24 hours a day on another system.

Automation covers the whole gamut. Who doesn't use an autoresponder for emails for example?

yeah, seo companies use those tools as well, but... I know company, that try to combine different technics and methods, using automated tools and sometimes a part of work manually where it is needed or could give great results

Could you briefly describe how your utilizing databases?

Its kind of like asking if they have a microwave in their break room. Do you think they are going to manually heat up their food? No, it takes ages.

Yes, I have a boutique company and I use some automation.

I even use Scrapebox... not for the blasting but for the harvesting. It's bloody awesome.

I get tools made (looking at getting a couple from a BHW user actually)

but at the end of the day it's about being able to scale, sure I could do one or two clients by hand, but when you get past 10 ongoing clients, you just cant do it all, and the cost of labor is high.

I do have contractors, writers, developers, design.. but really why deliver the mail on horseback when you can use a car?

It depends on companies but I think almost all companies use automation tools to cut down the cost.A few companies use both techniques. But manually it is a very long process.

i don't think they do. cause as you become popular your rate of post per day also increases and the crawling rate of Google is also increased. so i don't think they take the risk of getting ban by using these tools.
thanks

No they do not use automated link acquisition tools for whitehat seo
