Nobody is talking about blackhat in a serious agency, but everybody is using it. Best way imo is to only talk "whitehat" and then add some annotations only like "...and maybe a small boost with senuke on the inner pages..." so they see you really know each side of the business.

A agency doesn't need only people getting guest posts on related sites for their customers...

I believe so! if they weren't using any big budget tools, why they on the market and who are buying them? ofcourse not an individual like me!

They are believe me. As much as they are saying they are not I'm sure that most use it to some extent. Although many in the industry refuse to openly acknowledge it due to the potential stigma that it brings with it.

We are an seo company with over 5 years of SEO experience, we dont like using any SEO Tool at all. yes for sure some tasks can be automated like rank checking and link aggregation but other than that we dont recommend them as well.

Maybe not for tier one links but tell then that the tools help to strengthen the white hat links that you have built.
