Do sellers ever ask you this?

I’m talking to someone on skype who’s been asking me to do a deal. I said i’ve already found some buyer offering a better deal..

and now this seller seems almost determined to know who the competitor, seemingly almost demands to know..

Has anyone encountered this? Did you reveal who the other seller(s) were?

imagine getting DM from random dude on skype -- hey how dare you sell this product/service cheaper than me, you are hurting my livelihood.

Yes. And no. Insisting it when you didn't said it the first time is disrespectful id block that person

He might doubt that there is a person who was able to offer you that better deal.

Anyway, it's your choice... But if you indeed was able to reach a better deal with this other buyer, it would be disrespectful to him, to give out his info without his consent.
