Do Retweets Work?

i'm thinking of cpa locking the big game sunday but i'm having a tough time finding traffic driving methods. if i post a tweet and buy several thousand retweets will that be enough to be seen? i dont know how Twitter ranks tweets

what are other viable traffic driving avenues for a method like this?

Probably not, as the bot accounts that they use have no followers to see your retweet

wont anyone searching for the keywords in the tweet see it due to it's retweet count?
