Not looking to do anything spammy — just curious from a technical standpoint. Are people still using Reddit upvote bots or networks to help boost visibility, or has Reddit made that nearly impossible now?

Also, do those tools work for comments or just posts?

Definitely! It's still working but it all depend on the SMM panel you're using.

They are still working, probably most upvote sellers here are using bots and they're a doing a good job

I stick to timing posts strategically instead of bots, seems safer and surprisingly effective

It does work if you don't overdo it and follow subreddit member count/active online people.

I think so, I used it last month
