Mine usually perform better when uploaded from phone, but I had put that more down to adding a linked sound, usually whatever’s viral on the day as the backing track

Yes I think so they might think you uploading copy content from your computer.

It is not compulsory that a person will upload duplicate content if he is posting from computer.

It will have no effect. What determines the video views is the virality factor in the video.
