Do re-post pages help or hurt my content?

I have a pretty big fitness page with 100k followers that I've built by creating my own reels.

There are tons of fitness re-post pages that simply use other people's reels and then (sometimes) give credit.

Assuming a page is willing to give credit, would having them re-post my reels increase my reach overall or be harmful to my original content in any way?

If it is helpful I was considering reaching out to the pages that do give credit and mentioning that they can use my content, but not sure if this is a beneficial strategy overall or not.

I guess I'm just wondering if there'd be any concern with the re-posts "competing" with my original posts in some way or if that's pointless to worry about.

It's beneficial if they are giving credits to original account or if they aren't, You can put a copyright claim considering your reels are original and made by you and in most cases, Your Copyright report will work and their posts get deleted if the credits aren't given.
