Do quiz apps still work/wIll they get me banned?

Do quiz apps where you make a quiz based on popular movie/tv show etc. still work/get downloads? And will they get my Developer account banned? Thanks

As far as I know on android nothing will happen. On iOS there is chances you could get rejected based on images and stuff you might show of different shows movies characters actors etc. but if it's just like personality quizzes with only questions and answers you should be alright

you can use creative common and you will be fine
