Do questions in EMD's not work like regular keywords?

My targetted keyword for two of my EMD's is a question. For example: How Can I Play Baseball? So I would have, HowCanIPlayBaseball.com. These just will not rank for me. The closest I ever got was page 5 I think. Does Google treat questions differently than regular keywords?

Google may have started treating these a bit different with the last update. My understanding is that when you enter a question, Google will actually attempt to answer that question. So, if your site doesn't actually answer the question or doesn't answer it as well as the sites in front of you... Of course all other SEO related issues still apply (good on-site SEO and backlinks).

Allright, I have had that suspicion too. My question EMD's do so badly I think I am going to just phase them out and look for some other longtails to target instead..
