Do quality gmail accounts no longer exist?

Well like everybodies i cant only "guess" why gmail is so problematic but here is what we can be deducting:
-Google is a RICH company so they are investing alot in security.
-Google make alot of money from ADS they absolutely dont want spammers to be a direct competitor. When you spam you bring traffic and bringing traffic without paying Google its not in their benefits.
-As logically a spammer is a competitor(in some way), and Gmail being an online identity, they probably monitoring gmail carefully as they know spammers often use gmail.
This aint facts its only my two cents but i think the best way to go around their security is to use gmail lowkey and improve at base the way you're creating bulk accounts.

I suppose it depends on what you're using the Gmail accounts for. I've been buying aged phone-verified accounts regularly with no issues.

I send emails from the gmail account. Then I get responses, those responses are what I am looking for.
Since the first week of Jan, some gmail accounts do not get responses at all. Before January even messages going to spam would get responses, now it is like the email is never delivered.
But that isnt true with all gmails, only most gmails. I have not found a provider who can solve the issue.
