Hi. Was wondering if a proxy provider based in the US share their client’s real IP and its information to relevant authorities from lets say third world country if they request?
Do proxy providers share their users real IP?

The nature is to can provide, but whether the request can be provided or not, I do not know.

Level 1 proxies (also called elite proxies, yeah, "coool name!" 
) - They hide your IP and don't send any info about being a proxy.
Level 2 - Hides your IP. But will "tell the server" that it's a proxy.
Level 3 - Crap. Transparent.
Try to get ones that isn't using standard proxy/socks ports btw.

If you do something very dangerous that can involve multiple countries forces so any vendor or company will have to comply with it.

It will be very hard for any site to be able to tell which proxy provider you're using. I don't see this happening

it depends, if the proxy provider logs your traffic and the authorities ask for your traffic they have no choice but to comply, but if you have a reputable proxy provider, they would not log your traffic, they would have to find it elsewhere

It can always be traced back, if you did something bad enough. The real question is, why OP needs the proxy. If it is for botting, noone is going to waste their time. But if it is for something illegal, chances are, multiple proxies won’t save them.
