Do private proxies get banned?

So i just decided to get serious about learning SEO, ive been reading threads, articles and tutorials about it for a while and now i finally decided to take action. My plan right now is to play around with GSA SER and learn the basics of how to make it an effective tool for my needs. I have one question regarding using proxies with GSA that i cant find the answer to, when private proxies get banned do you have to eventually buy a new set of proxies? Because that sounds like a pain and i really hope thats not how it works.

Normally, private proxies rarely are banned if you do with normal work. In case it's banned you can buy another one. There are good providers with good price on BHW.

any kind of proxies can get banned if you do spam like create bulk accounts or scrape googles.

i get odd sites ban some of my proxies if ive hammered them to much
