Do photoshopped docs ever work for ebay and paypal?

Hi
I have some stealth accounts. They are doing well. But soon I m going to reach turnover when ebay\paypal will ask for documents to verify it. I know you will probably say something like don't do that, it won't work etc.
One of my friends was buying 2-3 times docs on BHW. Everytime it failed. But what about others who bought it and it worked? Is there a way to check docs before to upload?

If you get a good doc it works well. Hit and miss. Just part of doing business
 
If you do it like a pro. They will not catch you!
 
I have many Germany paypal accounts and I am sending always the same documents for limits rise, so usually it works fine. The documents worked for 90% of my accounts
 
it works. tested on PP and Facebook
 
This is bad way but i am telling. first do with Photoshop what you need then print it. Now take picture with a phone or Camera of your printed copy. Now print it again then scan the printed copy. Now use it. this process will break what you edited before in the photo
 
When "this guy I once knew" was 12 "he" needed to be 18+ for a paypal account and "he" used paint.net to make a passable ID. It was just a small change from the real ID though.
