Nah. Most of the views will not be organic and can not make you grow on YouTube but It can help you achieve the monetization milestone but it would be useless if you don't have real viewers to watch.

Maybe you had bad experience. You didn’t buy from a good provider. Your video should be alive and ranking for over a year when you buy from a good view provider.

It’s not about the provider, it’s about YouTube algorithm. Views that used to work and generate impressions around videos related to the same subject tend now to generate impressions around videos watched by the same audience. Since few weeks/months. Algorithm has changed.
