We cannot exactly predict future but still the pbns with good quality content and some traffic will work because they look like real blogs only.

Yes, homepage PBN rentals work.
At least in my case it worked.
Homepage PBN are the holy grail of backlinks. Long as they're from good network and management, they really do the job.

A niche edit is literally just placing a link on an existing site. Niche edits are Not necessarily and not usually related to PBNs.

Quality links are always work for your site if its PBN or Other kind of links. Metrics of the sites and article are much important.
