Quality ones still work but it's real hard to find them! But most of them are bogus which won't have any impact.

Yes, definitely PBNs are one effective way of owning quality backlinks and of course, it still works.

If all your sites look the same, have the same content and are hosted on the same server, Google will figure out it's a PBN.

Check the backlink profile and anchors.
Check the website history from wayback.
Check the type of posts, content quality websites the pbn is linking to.
Check for the footprints.
It's better to hire an expert or learn yourself how to build 1 yourself.
Or Find good ones they mostly charge you monthly for the links.

The only reason why they are really "less effective" is because everyone and their mom uses PBNs now.
Before you could smack sites that didn't use them pretty easily, however these days your competition is also likely using them as well.
So that's why they probably appear to be not as effective, and also domain prices are going through the roof smh

even if this will works in 2021 it's may can be not works at 2022 so if you guys are want to work long term and without any risk, you guys should only use real guest posts without any tags and suspicious.

By that same logic guest posting may not work in 2022 so long term don't take this risk. The irony of trying to persuade people that PBN's wont work in the future while quietly pushing towards a service.
