Hi. Recently I found out that I forgot to cancel auto-renew of one of my old domains. So I started to build a website from scratch. I've built a scraper that automatically scrapes any website and extracts all the article content including images and embeds. I've built a pipeline that every sentence in a article gets paraphrased by an online service.

I didn't put website live but it's working well. The website is fully autonomous, basically every 2 or 3 hours it gets most popular articles in specified websites, paraphrases those and adds to the database.

My question is, do paraphrased content rank on Google?

Yes, they do rank but most likely not going to outrank the original websites. I tried this with a sports website and it is very difficult to rank on the first page but I didn't try creating backlinks to those pages.

You may try so but I don't know what will be the result.

I don't think it's easy to find great original content that's other than smth related to news out there, so basically, it should still work depending on how you made it

You can answer that based on own analytics. You are uploading that content yourself and can check the Google reply yourself.
