Do other coins also have events like bitcoin halving? I especially want to know about ethereum.

Zcash and any other coin that copied Bitcoin.

Ethereum does not have halving, there is no max supply, but the number of ETH produced will slow down dramatically after the merge event.

Yes, some coins have the same system as Bitcoin
But you need to consider each coin individually

There are many coins you can do work on it every coin has a same system like Bitcoin.
There are many coins like Ethereum, Dego, Tether, Bnb

Many coins follow the same trade and chart related to BTC , its depends on volumes as well .

Eth has infinite supply.

Apart from bitcoin, other cryptos that halve are LTC, BCH, ZEC, DASH and many more..

But Ethereum is still a good choice because it is used for a number of projects.
