I've seen mixed opinions on this topic.
Some advertisers believe older ad accounts benefit from having more historical data, while others think campaign setup and optimization matter much more than account age.
Based on your experience:
- Have you noticed any difference?
- Or do you think account age has little impact?

I'd appreciate hearing real experiences rather than assumptions.

Older advertising accounts are generally better than newly created ones because they have a higher reputation, and when you run ads, older accounts will have a higher budget than newer accounts and don't require the same level of maintenance.

every thing aged when it comes to accounts is better as a rule of marketing

While older accounts often outperform newer ones, content and policies remain essential; your advertising will be far more effective when you successfully combine these elements.

In my experience campaign quality and optimization matter far more than account age although older accounts can sometimes benefit from an established history

In my experience, advertising accounts that have spent money tend to spend regularly and consistently

In my experience it's less about raw age and more about spend history and consistency, an older account with sporadic activity doesn't seem to outperform a newer one that ramps up spend steadily. Campaign structure and creative testing still matter far more than the account's birthday.

Campaign setup matters more than mere account age, the benefits of aged account dwells on campaign budgets for high budget campaigns that wants to bypass minor daily limit.

I think account history can help a little especially if the account has a clean record and previous activity but it is not the only factor.
A well structured campaign, good creatives, proper targeting and consistent optimization usually matter much more than just the age of the account.

From what I've seen, account age alone doesn't seem to determine performance. I've had older accounts perform poorly and newer ones do just fine with the same strategy. In my experience, campaign quality, compliance, and consistent account history tend to have a much bigger impact than the account's age itself.
