**do not use google webmaster help!**i ended up with a ban!

I have a genuine whitehat weight loss website. I made my first page explaining what my new site was all about and how people would be able to it to lose weight. This explanation was around 300 words long, im new to adsense so added a medium adsense box. I then submited to google so it could be indexed. Anyway....after a month or so no indexing of my page so i went to g*oogle webmas*ter help...and i was accused of FRAUD!

I just asked please help why isnt my site being indexed...all i got was this from a couple of complete wank**s who spend all day of their sad lives answering questions on the forum....

"more weight loss scam diets with keyword stuffed "weight loss" content. gads"

"It's a crappy MFA site.."

"LOL the only links on the site are adsense. Nice click fraud page you got there. You better do something about that or your adsense account will go poof"

Finally........

"Fair's fair. I just complained to AdSense."

And YES........adsense banned me....what for????

normally you can't sell weight loss products without a license. if you do a search on google you'll see most of the pages are either big drug stores or some shitty documents. google bans everyone that doesn't have a license. when you get a license to sell pharmacy products, you call google and give them your license and that way google permits you to operate in their search engine... otherwise it bans your site from the search...maybe they have the same policy for adsense too. i don't know for sure if that is the case but it probably is.

Weight loss shit isn't always med Acai berry isnt med, i don't think you can put reception on products which has no chemicals in them.

just out of interest if google dosnt index your site can you still use adsence?

From what I've read, you can't build pages with keyword density to take advantage of the expensive clicks.

If you built a page focused on selling something and in the end the only links where adword links (wich is equal to asking people to click on them - bannable), there's your problem.

Adwords is not CPA.

you need to read the google terms and policies for adsense .. you'll understand why you got banned.
your promotion is black hat man .. your bann is worth

Did you read the ToS or just scroll to the bottom and accept it?

Correct. Google doesn't allow porn, pharmaceuticals or warez sites for adsense. (There's a few other ' no no's', but those are the major ones.

If the OP's site was on the topic of weight loss, but not focused on selling pills, they'd be ok.

not to mention the fact you said you put it on your first post on your site? That is not allowed either. You have to have at least a few other posts on your website to show it is a true site and not just a click-fraud site.
Read the TOS, like everyone said before, and you will understand why you were banned.

On a side note, you shouldnt go around blaming webmaster tools or those "wankers" you are yelling at. More then likely they work for Google or are trusted consultants in the Search Engine biosphere and obviously their opinions are trusted by Google. Dont go around bad mouthing people who are good at their job just because you failed to follow the rules.

nice to see someone point this out... so many are quick to blame others for their mistakes..

Only payback would be to never click an adsense ad ever again. Sucks about your account though.
