I registered one month plan ( I paid via bitcoin) just to test their hosting service. After payment I have not received any email to log into my cpanel. I asked them and they said they have not received the payment yet (I paid just find with Namesilo and other sites, they received money within a few minutes) And this pisses me off "After payment of the invoice, you will need to pass verification, and specify the correct information in your profile".Who do they think they are?. Even big company like Namecheap, Godaddy did not ask me to pass verification. We all use their host for blackhat methods, Porn sites, Movie streaming sites and they ask for real information?. I dont even want the refund. Stay away from them. They're not DMCA Ignored Hosting service and their support sucks. I did not read @TayaX ealier, my bad.

It took me a few reads to understand what you're on about, but yes, we do not allow illegal activities, which you can read here: https://abelohost.com/acceptable-use-policy/

You were labelled to do one of those activities, for which you've been denied service and granted a refund. We allow adult and movie websites, and do not call us fake just because you're in a frenzy. As for our support, we've hired new personnel to offer free technical support. But how would you know? You've been denied service.

What you're looking for a Russian-based hosting provider who doesn't care at all what you do, but unfortunately for you, we do.

Oh yes, please stay away from them. THEY WILL SUSPEND YOUR HOSTING FOR NO APPARENT REASON AND WON'T EVEN LET YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA. Yes, it has happened to me. I have all the screenshots and thought of creating a SHITLIST. But didn't do it because it's a waste of time and money.
Just one word for their service, "PATHETIC". I won't reply here anymore but if the mods want to see any screenshots or proof, I have it all.

I was not doing any illegal activities. I had only a few sites on your server and you discontinued my service because I was a long time member and was paying less money.

Ok you allow porn sites and movie streaming sites? How is it possible? I doubt that anyone would buy "legal" porn videos and upload on your server. Basically, Most of adult sites (If I dont want to say all ") are illegal. How can you say you guys allow adult site when you deny my adult (a simple site just embed videos from big tubes like xvdieos). And your want my real information for what?.
