^those are good things for people with no experience to say when applying to CPA networks. It proves you have some idea what IM is but doesn't commit to anything. Peerfly will accept you with that, same with Maxbounty. I recommend only using Peerfly when you start though, as they are very easy to get accepted to and are not 'fly by night' or shaving heavily like most noob-friendly networks (I know there's other good ones, I just don't know their names).
CPA networks just want to ensure you won't a) make them look bad with noobish spam tactics and b) won't rip them off with blackhat tactics. If you've never done CPA before admit that, but make them think you have some legit platforms/lists that you can drive traffic from. Show basic knowledge of IM and don't exaggerate anything and you can get accepted to many networks.
