I cancelled my account because they could not seem to figure out how to auto charge my credit card every month and I had several days of no access do to their ineptitude.

I cancelled and got an email saying service was cancelled, great, so I thought. Now, about a week later, I get an email from 2checkout saying I have been successfully billed by them.

Seems these fucking clowns can NOT get their billing sorted out so I HIGHLY suggest you deal with someone else who is serious about your business.

why didn't you cancel your subscription by yourself in 2co? It is always best to manually cancel any subscriptions and not wait the provider do that
 
Awww man SquidProxies are awful.

I had no end of problems with them. For example I had what they say are 'dedicated' proxies yet if I was to use one to do a Google search first thing in the monring the IP would be blocked by Google. Well I've being asleep for 8 hours and the proxies were unused during that time so how are they blocked if they are 'dedicated'

On top of that no matter what rank tracking software I used SquidProxies with it would cause issues and fall over.

In the end I switched to the 'semi-dedicated' proxies from BuyProxies and have never seen them blocked in Google and Rank Tracking works perfectly!

Semi dedicated buy proxies > 'dedicated' squidproxies every time.

UPDATE: squid has emailed me and cancelled again, even got an email from 2checkout this time, lets see if it stays cancelled.
 
Deal with their support first. They respond quick on any issues.

From what I remember they say somewhere that you also must cancel the subscription, I remember that once I cancel my service with them I have also cancelled the paypal subscription.

As long as I use them I got no big issue but I use their proxy only for "light use" if I can say so. I didn't properly test them.

What I can tell you for sure and this is the reason I got away is that they allow only 10 simultaneous connection per 10 proxy, witch is very low.

As I suggested before on all my post proxy related I suggest that you go and build up your own proxy server... is more reliable, you are sure that those are private, you get a better speed and some times it's even cheaper. Fell free to ask me any questions if you need an advice on this.

Been using them for years, plus they have a support thread on BHW. Might be easier to contact them that way.
 
I use them and don't really have any issues with them, good to see the other reviews so i stay on my feet.
 
I tested both proxy hub and buyproxies, great speed and proxies. but proxy hub has slow ticket response, vs. buyproxies is fast responding. will check out squid sometime too.
 
I use squidproxies and still using them. I experienced some problems with them regarding those proxies not passing google test. But got quickly got resolved via customer service. Quickly.

I think it's best to tell them how you intend to use your proxies. I use them for Senuke and have no problems at all.
 
Yeah, the cancellation thing definitely has to be watched out for - I did it through Paypal then got an overdue notice from Squid. You have to cancel with them as well.

As for the proxy quality, well that's why I left them. If they're dedicated proxies then my expectations are obviously too high. Always falling over with Google, limited capacity, timing out, the lot. Not good.

As I'm writing this I can see a HideMyAss ad - they're transparent proxies, so I can't see why anyone would seriously use them.

I'm currently using a fast rotating proxy service based in Scandinavia - great capacity but also poor with Google.

No ideal answer at present - others' true user experiences very much welcome.
