Right side of the court: You and your rinky dink small town attorney

They are going to destroy you and your crap attorney. You see they have teams of attorneys working against you. They're investing hundreds of thousands of dollars just to fight you. IF you can afford an attorney you will be lucky.

Now you have 2 options, give every single dime you own to your lawyer and keep complaining you are innocent, and tie it up in court for years

or .....

Take the nice plea agreement they offer you which says you owe them $4500 and go on your way.

It's all about how much money you have and how bad you want to spend that money fighting this.
