I wanted to inform all of you that I just tried purchasing two EPN US accounts from this user here at BHW and he took over 30 minutes to try and give me the login details, which is ridiculous. I then tried logging into one of the accounts and it was unverified.

I asked the seller to refund my money, and after it taking him another 10 minutes, I asked him what was taking so long and he said he sent the refund. I checked, it wasn't there, and I went back and told him I didn't get it. As soon as I told him I didn't get the account, he signed off of AIM.

I have opened a PayPal dispute, and as shitty as PayPal usually is, hopefully they are able to get me my money back.

Anyone else had any issues like this happen and PayPal getting your money back to you in a timely manner?
