Read this in some threads here. Still thinking of buying a monetized channel or just use a brand new for that boost if its true. Since the only difference is the monetized part, you still have to get your viewers since the monetized channel's subs/views are probably botted and serve no use thereafter

Who told you this? No new channels don't get any boost in the contrary the older the channel, the better.

With that being said I would rather start a new channel than buying a monetized channel with fake views and subs ( Bought a lot of them in the past .. they are hard to revive, the algorithm hates them. )

The optimal solution if you want to gain time is to spend money on buying a legit monetized channel (With real engagemen) in your niche.

It wasn't a genuine question.. it was my way to tell you that this is not true..

I have experienced this with Tik Tok in the past (Didn't mess with it in a while tho)

But for Youtube it has always been the same: Old channels over new channels.

I mean it's hard to even get your videos indexed if the channel is new, hence why people buy aged channels to rank their vids.

I heard that if your video gets good engagement within the first 48 hours, then youtube starts to suggest your video to more people. And also YouTube wants more new channels to produce more new videos so that they get more new content and more viewers and so, more income. I heard this from a private YouTube course.

youtube boosts new channels, else, will they get any view at all from the very first days

Buying monetized channel will save time for you. But still you have to put effort in making good content there.

Where can a person find such a channel at reasonable price ?

There are a lot of marketplaces but I am not allowed to mention them here.

Just find a reputable marketplace with escrow payments and make sure to check the analytics on YT studio before purchasing.

Some shady sellers won't admit botting the channels so you have to do your own due diligence.

Whenever you upload a video in general, big, small new or old channel that video will get pushed more than older videos, YT might try new audiences depending on the topic, see who is interested and the video will either die or fly.

hmm .. mixed answers again . will give it a try to both

Yes, this is exactly what I wanted to say my friend. You will get mixed opinions on this topic here.

I own some good old channels (over 8 years age) with millions of subscribers. But these days when I post videos I do not get more than 1k views on those videos. All the revenue is coming from the performing old videos.

So I reached to the conclusion that old channels are now out of favour of You Tube.

Then I saw many new channels are struggling too. And very handful of new channels are getting extremely good views.

So its a kind of mix, isn't it? It all depends upon - as You Tube claims - the quality of content, length, engagement, bla bla and bla, etc.

YouTube puts videos of new channels into suggested ones. I came across some channels in my suggestions that have a few thousand subs and views.
