Do my site need more content??

hello friends,

I have created a affiliate site in 2019 and add 10 pages but I stop working on that because of my busy schedule. Now I start work on it and start creating backlinks for my pages. I found the traffic is increase but the process is very slow like within a month it increase only 20+ only.

I need your suggestion. Should I continue on linkbuilding or my site require more page or content.

I'd say you should create more content, but you can earn good money even with a one-page website if you are ranking in top 3 for a great keyword.

You should check what are you promoting, what kind of traffic you can get for these 10 pages, conversion rate etc.

Yah, you know it is a tough question. The main question is, which is better content or backlinks.

Content is king. Quality content will always take you further in the long run. But I do agree that good content could just be confined to a single landing page or 20 landing pages. It all really depends on your side and your niche. If your niche supports a need for more content than you currently have then I would suggest that you focus on Content.

For me, if I go to a website and see that it is only half-built, I am less likely to stay and more likely to bounce. So, it might be worth either deleting those pages or finishing them. It is like buying a sandwich with the expectation of also getting a pickle. If they don't give you a pickle, and say, well we haven't finished buying the pickles yet, then I would be slightly disappointed.

It wouldn't ruin the situation, but I may think about going somewhere else to get my pickle.

Point being, ether make the pickle (your other pages), or take the pickle off the menu (delete the pages and finalize the site without them).

either way, I agree, as long as the existing content is quality, then focus on your digital marketing and off-page SEO backlinking.

My pages are ranking under top 15 results and visitor are natural but i m worried about traffic...I think i should focus on link building???what do you think?

You should select 5 to 10 money-making pages/kw and start building quality links.

If your existing content is unique and quality, then it's better to focus on your backlinking

Yes you should add content and backlinks constantly

Backlinks are important but content is more important these days.
And not just any content but super high quality content.
Remember, Traffic is King but Content is Queen.

Both content and backlinks are important. Content should be valuable to user with recent trends to make it engaged to user.

Try to build links from high traffic site which is relevant, this will help to increase quality traffic. Also promote it in social media and create awareness.

Update those old 10 content with adding some features and Few more new content. Then, Start making backlinks to your Affiliate blog.
