Hey, guys, recently I was looking for good view supplier and was testing offers. I purchased 7-8k on one video and when the stats updated, I saw that they were all mobile views and my ranking wasn't very high. The competition is low/medium. However I purchased 5k on another video and they were videos from facebook.com and the video was ranked high. So what is your experience with mobile views? Do they help you rank your video or they're just a number that plays psychological role?

I'm pretty damn sure that mobile views don't even rank anymore. You should be looking for normal views, with high retention rate. You can of course use the 30 second retention that you'd typically see on your generic video viewers such as Vagex and U2bviews, but I also suggest hitting your video with a few thousand high retention rate views.

Thanks for your answer, that's exactly what I did. Purchased few thousand views and saw instant improve in ranking. The views are not from USA though. I think that USA normal views with high retention will work best. But can't find seller that provide this at reasonable prices.

Mobile views help rank new videos. You will be surprised what they can do - it's all about knowing what to do with such source.

The mobile views I purchased were with high retention around 100%, but still no improvement in ranking. So I guess this is not the problem.

I myself have found that mobile views actually HURT your rankings.

I did a test with 6 videos: 3 of them using normal views + likes (Vagex.com) and the other 3 using mobile views + likes.

The first 3 ranked very well withing Youtube serps, but the last 3 didn't appear in the first 2 pages!

For me, mobile views are a big no no at this time. But of course, that's just my experience.

I use USA 100% IPS if I am going to try something, Along side 100% retention. I no longer buy the BS view providers try to sell me about "how my video will rank no matter what." I can beat many "30 second" view length videos with higher retention and lower likes and favorites. Think strategy, not stupidity and cheap prices. I can't offer anymore advice than what I already gave for views. Search popular games and music, see that videos are ranked according to retention of the viewers and not view count alone.
