do micro niche sites still work?

I did go through Flippa. I dont seem to find any attractive micro niche website there. How about making own website?

Keep going with the authority site, If your not make gains every week at more content maybe every other day, Also keep track of your words your ranking for and make sure you are keeping rank. Also make sure your articles are ranking and link build the articles struggling.

Do both to diversify your portfolio. I wouldn't abandon your big project just for some MNS...
