I'm seeing meta glasses content with 6 digit reel views, lasting 1 minute. then i see some viral reels going 1 million+ views. Does anyone have experience with this?

The glasses don’t give extra reach, but first-person videos often perform better because they feel more real.

You see some. I only see ray ban meta reels tagged with 50k+ likes atleast. But they are mostly from people with already built audience.

yess look up paranormal videos that use viral music on ig reels. their reach is crazy. thing is, idk if they had these numbers before meta glasses with already built audience or after.

Using trendy or unique tech like Meta Glasses can boost reach, but virality depends more on hook, storytelling, and trends than the product itself.

Views vary a lot strong hooks and trends matter more than length.

Success depends on how the story is presented engaging visuals, quick context and clear value keep viewers watching. Leveraging trends helps, but the device itself doesnt drive views.

no it doest. my friend own meta glass and he is not getting much results. its myth that you can get better results with meta glass.

I’ve noticed the same trend lately — short Meta Glasses clips are getting surprisingly high reach, especially when they feel natural and not overly edited. Curious if it’s more about the format, the novelty, or just strong audience retention driving those million-view reels.

Use the meta glasses Hashtag. That will help get good exposure since the explore page will help show videos that have the hashtag "Meta Glasses".

yeahh, ive seen that. that meta glasses hashtag appears on top left of the screen. maybe the algorithm boosts that more. same with edits reels too?

Yeah, mostly yes - Meta glasses content gets an initial boost because it looks fresh + unusual, people stop scrolling out of curiosity, watch longer, comment more, algorithm reads that as high engagement and pushes harder. It is not magic though - glasses don’t auto-send you to 1M+, they just help clear the first attention barrier. If the clip itself is mid, it dies at 50k-200k, if the moment is strong + POV feels “wow this is new”, it can snowball hard. Novelty + retention + reactions, that’s the combo.

It depends on the quality of the video and also Meta glasses videos are very good to make videos.

Bro You see that Meta Glasses are just Normal Glasses with a Camera, these won't Give any Extra Reach but POV view would Give Alot of Atraction, However I Have Seen that Most of Those kind of reels are getting around 20-25k Likes Minimum.

Meta glasses are blowing up because they offer a unique POV perspective that feels more authentic to viewers. This 'hands-free' style usually increases watch time, which is exactly what the algorithm loves right now.
