Do links in the source code which are not visible on the page leak link juice?

Hi folks

I was wondering do the links that you get in the source code of your wordpress pages like the w3.org one which are not visible on the page and any others that your plugins may put in, are these links leaking link juice? Should you nofollow them or remove them altogether? Do they need to be there?
