    Hey Guys,

I've been building a couple of link pyramids lately to a couple of my sites. To be honest I haven't seen much serp improvements. When linking directly to my money site I see improvements but somehow the pyramid thing doesn't really do anything so far.

I've build my pyramids as follows:

30 -35 manually created web2.0 properties with one article each with one link to money site and an embedded youtube video (which in turn links to the money site).

2000 AMR live articles with 2 links each pointing at randomly at the youtube video and the web2.0 sites

20.000 forum profiles randomly pointing at the web2.0 sites

130.000 scrapebox comments pointing at the 20.000 forum profiles

100.000 scrapebox comments pointing at the AMR article urls.

I've pointed the exact same thing to 3 of my sites but haven't seen any significant serp improvements. Does it take long for a strategy like this to have effect? It's been about 2 or 3 weeks now. When blasting directly to the money site I see results pretty quickly normally.

    Thanks for your input!

Have you checked how many of those AMR links, comments and profiles are indexed? :)

Yeah, I employ this kind of strategy and it seems to take at LEAST 6 weeks to really see any improvement. BUT, I take things nice and easy and after a while I guess the juice filters down and serps rises come almost without any additional BLing, as the Web2.0s age a little, I guess. Definitely 3 weeks is too short, maybe it's possible, but those would be less stable rankings in my experience. Sounds like you are doing fine and you will probably start to see some movement soon. Site age also has a lot to do with it, I think. When I go up against evergreen keywords I see things taking even longer.

Bookmarking, pinging bookmarks and choosing subsets of scrapebox comments to ping?

Are you spinning your content with 2 or more layers of spinning? (if you're doing 2000 articles you better be doing this)

What's your AMR "body" Unique percent... if less than 150% it's not gonna be unique enough for 2000.
Also link juice takes weeks to filter down (literally weeks)

It takes time for the big G to rank all the sites in the pyramid and let the link juice follow. There is never a quick fix in SEO - quick fixes WILL get your site banned.

Keep making backlinks never stop(or else your competitor will). There are so many links you should be making as well as your web 2.0's. Get huge diversity and then you will start to see good movement, just keep it up your doing good.

Thanks for al the input ppl!

I guess I have to wait a bit longer to really see the effect of those link pyramids.

I hope to see some SERP increases in a couple of weeks then!

SEO takes time, especially when using these types of methods.

You'll just need to keep building out links to your various tiers in your pyramid. Don't stop building links and don't look back either.

Most people quit too soon since they don't see instant results. That's not how it works with SEO! It needs time when building pyramids and other methods that utilize free Web 2.0 properties.

I do similar piramid and i must say it can take G a fuckin long time to pass link juice !. Even if you get all your links indexed it might take few more weeks till you see some improvements. This method does work, but takes a lot of time. Just keep doing what'cha doing now.

As with anything in SEO it takes time to see solid results.
I've been following a strategy very close to your own and didn't see anything change for at least a few weeks.

Keep at it and it will pay off.
