Do internal links receive link juice too?

Bounce rate having an effect on SEO is controversial (T0mmy calls this an SEO lie and I'm inclined to agree since some of my sites have high bounces rate, yet they rank well), although a good internal link structure can also help web crawlers crawl your site and find pages that they would have missed. Additionally, some source such as Moz state that a good internal link structure also helps spread link juice across your website.

Of course internal links pass juice. This is why pages rank very quickly on authority sites.
It's also why having a site with 100 unique pages of rich content is a lot more powerful than having a 1 page site.
100's of internal links though are still only from 1 root domain. Powerful, but not as powerful as having 5 backlinks from 20 powerful domains.

Internal links do pass link juice. If I link from my homepage to an innerpage the ranking of this page will improve significantly and go back as soon as I remove the link. Tested 100 times.
