I sent them an email about an account, will they reply? how much time do they usually take to reply?
Yes sometimes they do probably a week to a month. They're probably busy af.

Sometimes, they won't reply all the emails of course. But if you wrote something serious etc, you got a big chance they will reply you.
Did email them like 3 times, 2 answers received within 1 week. the other one they never replied.
They mostly response about hacked accounts.
I dont think they reply to emails, it would be impossible it has to be a bot behind those, they use big delays. The people at the company are probably working 2 to 3 days a week when they are working on a new update or something like this on the service but before the service was not so stable maybe but nowadays lol
In my experiance IG/FB dont reply to emails (even if they contacted first with email afetr sending in a support ticket)

No they dont. They dont even have an email address where you can send emails to. Only way to contact them is by the in app report a problem button and this never works. IG is run by bots.

They do. Few months ago I had submitted a report regarding intellectual property issue and got reply from support in 46 minutes. They removed the content instantly.
I sent them an e-mail 1 week ago and they still haven't replied. I'm looking to acquire an inactive username that has my company's name.
