I really want to try midnight run but the neighborhood here is very dangerous its like midnight running for your lives.![]()
Its definitely better than running in the daytime. I live in TX and its always over 100 degrees in the summer.
The midnight air is much cooler and much relaxing as well. I think of it as my relaxation jog more than a run.
Even if you drive to a nice location and go run, it will make you feel good once your done. Endorphins kick in.
