Do IM make you fat ?

Bought a pretty awesome (well, relatively awesome) bike and ride it for about an hour and a hslf really hard Mon to Fri, lost quite a bit of fat, but I still have a few more kgs to get rid of

I know I've been eating more junk food since I started working from home/doing IM/etc. and that's really not good for me. On the other hand, I'm too lazy to go out and do any exercise. Bah.

yes yes IM very dangerous to your health. I think its better if you stay out of the IM for a while. maybe you lose weight and feel better. LOL.

I would gladly type a longer post but I have krispykreme donut sticky on my fingers. Lets see I look my desk I have 24 oz monter energy half of a big bag of doritos, empty slimfast can. LOL.

I been up for 28 hours. getting sleepy now. I wonder why I never lose weight. lol.

Most of my weight comes from over use of alci, should cut it down but i always get good reasons to drink :) like we are having barbeque night in this month so i'm gonna drink.

What is the most best device to have inhome for inhome weightloss? i would like to have something for workout when i'm doing backlinking or watching telly.

IM - Money
Money - Gym
Gym - Loss Weight
= profit

i used to run on my treadmill every night :D after finishing work but last week the motor of treadmill stopped working because of high voltage! :(

Whenever I get the feeling that I want to exercise,
I just lie down until the feeling goes away . . . :)

Wow Wiz what an wonderful solution ...I have gained a few pounds but good for me as I was too much skinny earlier but now after gaining pounds I am depressed as well and now I am trying to get the slimming pills on which I am doing SEO for my clients..

How about if we flip this idea on its head: Could being "physically fit" make you potentially better at making money?

I feel MUCH more alert and relaxed if I've been to the gym or even just for a quick walk.

During the periods in my life when I'm physically active, I'm sure I have more energy and better ideas. My brain just seems to work faster and more effectively. Exercise and good diet gets the oxygen flowing to your brain, and I seem to be generally more inspired and positive / action-oriented in my outlook.

At other times, when I've been more sedentary, laziness has set in and I've tended to get quite sluggish in my thinking... even slightly depressed. I tend to do less, think less, try less...

My conclusion is that if you want to boost your potential for creativity (which IMHO is an essential component of marketing & business in general), then keeping reasonably fit & active will definitely help.

I really enjoy midnight runs. I normally leave the house at around 11:00 at night, run around my college neighborhood, and when i'm back, its usually close to 12:00 so I get excited to check my google analytics for the day lol

why is it i dont gain weight? this is one of the reason why i join IM and it disappoints me because all of you guys are gaining weight :(

Laziness is the mother of every failure.....but its a mother after all!!And we all should respect her :D

I just bought BMX bike today and have been lifting weights for a while. Time to get in shape, running is so boring so ill be hopefully going downtown every few days and hope i don't end up in Mcdonals, Though i was there friday wasted as fuck. Told the cashier how much her job must suck and how sorry i feel for her :P fuck .... oh what the fuck, no shame no game

Got quite lots of time for now. Finishing current stuff takes few weeks after that i need work hard again. now its just watching over the bots ( fuckers can't be trusted). I plan to get ripped this time for good.

Nah really, it is up to you to gain weight or not. If you spend you whole day and night on front of the pc, I feel sorry for you...I go to the gym in a daily basic just saying.

I had 2 months vacation. I think I lost 5-10 KG's because of IM... I didn't eat nor drink, was working and working & watching my money flow... I'm a beginner :)

Planet fitness is $10 a month. Get a membership.
I run every morning before I start working and also take time to work out. If you don't want to leave home get a kettlebell set.. you can get a decent one for $200. Do a cardio work out with it. You'll tone up and probably even lose weight. I do it in my off months from lifting to keep muscle mass.

Since I started IM I have gained 65 pounds...almost all of it has been muscle and bone growth. Have grown 7 inches since I started and since I play sports I have put on muscle, you can't just sit on your computer and not do anything else.
