I just made a new website and iframed a email submit offer, not one conversion out of 15 clicks. Does iframed email submits work for you?

this is the page i just made with the iframed offer, i had to put it on a image bcuz for some reason a filter wont allow me to upload images

yeah they work but they won't last.
 
i did do that using cakeslice, so what do i have to do to make this work guys?

The link didn't work. Moneygame, can you give any information on how it works? I saw the email about ghostcpa but am clueless on some of the things it is speaking of.
