Typically if you find yourself writing "will I be banned" and "Adsense" in the same sentence (or paragraph) a ban is coming faster than winter.

Click is exchange is against TOS of adsense they will ban you once they find it ( they will easily find it when the impression click ratio changes ) , so dont loose your adsense account

People "click exchange" all of the time, most are just quaint about it.
I wouldn't recommend it to anybody though, just build up an organic following as you normally would; it's the only foolproof way to ensure success.
