Do I use my real name for Money Website?

I am about put up a website with nothing but reviews on products just like top 10 websites you see everywhere. I was wondering should I use my real name for domain registration and for any monetization accounts I will be making for ads or amazon?Also If I use fake credentials is it still safe to withdraw money to Paypal or Credit Card?
