Welcome to the continuing series: TMC's Retarded Noob Question of the Day.

When I'm posting on blogs ( doing it manually, with unique and fairly high quality comments) and they ask for an email address- do I use the one that's on my profile, or do I just type in blahblahblah at yahoodle ?

Bonus Q: should I be paying any attention (or spending time on) the quality of my web 2.0 posts/ profile?? is it just Churn & Burn, or should i be working on developing quality profiles with quality content?

Use a real E-Mail address when doing manual high quality comments. If you are already taking the time to do manual comments why be lazy on the fake email address?

For Web 2.0s

It really depends on your expectations and the purpose of them.

For example: If you want to use a Web 2.0 and rank it in Search Engines then you should really make sure that you take your time and create something of quality especially if you are going to be doing link building and investing money into the property.

If you are using the Web 2.0s say for Tier 2 or 3 Links then you don't want to spend too much time on them. It won't be a good ROI when you consider the time it takes to create one and factor in the chances of the Web 2.0s getting deleted by the Mods. Because you might need to create 100's of them, creating them manually is just not realistic.

Use one of the many services that RELAY to your real address and set a simple FORWARD just in case someone replies coming up with an opportunity. Case solved!

Or you dispensable email account like one yahoo provides. You can set up additional email and all letters will be forwarded to your main account. When it's job is done you simple delete it.
