I am having some difficulty automating my e-whoring. Is this a good setup/would it work?

    1. buy hosting
    2. install interspire on host
    3. get ezautoresponder
    4. input hosts info to ezautoresponder
    5. setup ezautoresponder
    6. ????

Thank you all very much for your time.

Have you tried using HaRRo's method instead?

    Home Page:
As far as I know Easyautoresponder is client based and does not work on a remote server.

I would be running it from my computer or vps I purchase. But other than that: would this setup work? - is there a better one you can think of?

Yes you will need to buy hosting to have a decent smtp server and send more than the 20 mail / hour of gmail.

You will need to choose an autoresponder. It's Interspire OR ezautoresponder ;)

I've just tried interspire because it's host on a server and I don't need to have my autoresponder running on my home computer all the time. But it looks like not doing what I want since interspire not recieve e-mail it juste send campains with a time interval.

I'm going to try ezautoresponder for start but I'm afraid that I will need to code an remote host autoresponder in a near future :D

    Hope it helps

It's a windows programs so it will not work on a linux vps. And if you take a windows vps :
    1) it's expensive
    2) it's crappy :D

ok. so lets see if I have this correct. I have to setup a smtp server (probably i'll use host gator). Then I will use EZ autoresponder, put in the info, and we're good?

If this is correct: how would one go about setting up a smtp server?

It's really simple to setup your smtp server, you just need to make a new e-mail in your hosting panel (you will need to make it a "catch all")

But to be honest if you don't know that it will be very difficult for you to configure the whole process
