Okay..I have a website were I am offering a free membership if someone signs up for a free offer on a cpa network. Here is how it will work.

1. Send an email asking for them to sign up for the offer and receive a free membership with a link to a promo page if interested.
2. On the BH Promo page it outlines why they should sign up etc ... then a link to the LP.
3. The WH LP will have a link to the CPA offer and no mention of the free membership.

My questions is that with this in place do i still need a double meta refresh or is that overkill?

thanks for any advice!

If you can explain where the traffic from you WH page is coming from then you don't need to DMR. What's the point if you have a perfectly logical explanation for your WH page?

Remember, if your leads don't covert in the back end for the advertiser, you WILL get questioned about your traffic weather or not you have a DMR or a WH page in place.

its always better to have dmr if you are unsure

I'm not so sure I agree with that. If the OP has a completely WH page that he can explain traffic for then there is no need to do DMR. Affiliate managers are catching on to the DMR, not to mention are always reading forums such as BHW.. there not stupid, they know whats going on.
Anyways.. doing a DMR is just asking for attention.. ofcourse if you can explain it and yoru leads check out for the advertiser you have nothing to worry about.
