Do i need youtube watch hours ? Or do i have to wait

I got a question, i was monetized in october and i post some content (re-upload, yep i know bad idea) and i get demonetized 3 days later, honestly i didn't care about youtube at all ^^

Actually i got a good project with nice videos (original content this time) and i was checking my acc.

Here what i got :

On the classic studio, it's write "Application submitted and in review"
On the new studio, it's seems i don't reech the watch hours.

So, do i have need to make 1000 more hours ? Until i appeal in october with the classic studio...

And if i have 1000 hours to do, if somone can provide me a service for that would be awesome.

They Only count watch time from your active videos..
when you need to verify your watch time just look at your new ytb studio interface

Yes. But as long as you don't delete it, if you make it public again, the watch hours will return in a few days.

Yes I'm sure, only public videos watch hours count for YPP application. You can verify that on the Monetization tab in the new creator studio.

Regarding your second question, I'm think they can see all our videos even if they're private or unlisted.. but that's just an assumption. Maybe others have experience with that and will come with an answer. Personally I wouldn't go into review with reused content (or something I don't own) on my channel.
